In the wake of last week's violence, I wrote about the relentless awfulness of the world. In the wake of this week's violence, the awfulness is more relentless than I'd expected, as it is. As the awfulness keeps getting worse, I still believe in the necessity of helping others in whatever ways we can help.

If you're angry, we need you and your anger. If you're broken, or struggling, or exhausted, depleted, or just sad...please reach out to someone--we need you, too. We need to take care of ourselves and each other.
