With the influx of news and recent events, it's understandable that people might be feeling overwhelmed. Probably as an intuitive reaction to this, I found myself wanting slower development and more space in these improvisations, which is particularly evident on the first piece. You may find it useful for giving yourself space as well.

I hope you're all safe and doing well, and I hope you can get outside to listen to what the environment has to tell us.
