The 40th week seems like a kind of milestone. We've all been through a lot in that time. This one felt like it was looking for refuge in melody, though the sounds are also dirty and fuzzy, struggling into existence. (Some of that's the Wires plugin, though some of it is the humbuckers in the Moderne really bringing out the fuzzy aspect of the KWB. That feels appropriate for this week, really.)

There were some intuitive decisions I made during the improvisation that could seem extreme, but I wanted to trust the intuition, rather than try to change it in post-production. (Maybe these will be obvious to you when you listen.)

Wherever you are, I hope you're doing well...with even better for you in the days ahead.
