Some weeks go very smoothly, while this one brought a few challenges, mainly in the form of a weak eBow battery. In some cases, waiting for the string to build up audible energy took longer than I would have preferred, and some of those pieces took a while to develop. The performance, though, takes on its own identity. This one ultimately settled into a slowly swirling texture that seems about right for these progressively longer autumn nights.
