One thing I'm trying to do with this series is to help others find ways of releasing stress. There are times when you need your stress response, but you can't carry it constantly, so if these pieces help others set aside that stress for a while, I'm glad--we need to take care of ourselves.

This week's pieces seem particularly lush. If you need some sonic gentleness and luxury right now, this might be a good one to listen to. These improvisations are dedicated to the work of Vija Celmins. Thank you for listening!
