about

Unlike last week's attempted performance, this week's livestream did happen, though the minutes leading up to it were a bit fraught. That kind of hurriedness is unsettling, and anxiety can get in the way of music. I did settle into it, though. I'd decided to use the Moog Guitar, which shines with long, sustained tones and a more textural approach, more harmonic than melodic. This kind of approach seems particularly helpful in calming down and getting centered, which a lot of us need right now.

Thank you for listening!
