about

It's been a little while since I've used the Moog Guitar in a livestream performance, so I used it to keep myself from getting too comfortable with how I've been working. The Moog will sustain a note as long as you hold it down (or until the power runs out), so pieces can get dense fairly quickly. In this case, some of them are even more dense, since I'm adding tones that are pitch-shifted from the input. Dissonances appear from time to time, but there's still an atmosphere of long time scales unfolding, and calm acceptance of that as the performance unfolds.

It's always wonderful to have live listeners, and the audience this week was very active and engaged. Thank you all for listening, and I hope you're all doing well!
